Someone with a real book of New York buyers who can start dialing tomorrow, who has sold a space before it existed and liked the challenge, and who knows the fastest way to devalue a great room is to sell it cheap — or to the wrong partner. Two revenue lines, built from zero, from first prospect to final payment.
