We're looking for the person who will own it end to end. Someone who has taken a concept from zero to opening night and wants to do it again. Someone who cares about experiential hospitality all the way down — from the setting on the table to the spreadsheets in the cloud, from the first hello at the door to the last line of the P&L. You don't wait for problems to be assigned. Your best work is a room full of people who never want to leave.
